How are the pastries shipped to ensure freshness?

All Porto's Bake at Home products are shipped frozen in insulated coolers with dry ice via expedited shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and ready to bake.

Do I need to bake the pastries immediately upon arrival?

No, you can place the pastries directly into your freezer upon delivery. They are designed to be kept frozen until you are ready to follow the included baking instructions.

What is the minimum order requirement?

To ensure efficient shipping and the best use of our insulated packaging, there is a two-box minimum for all Bake at Home orders.

Can I return food items if I change my mind?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our guest service team immediately.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Are baking instructions included with my order?

Yes, every order includes a detailed baking guide with temperature and timing instructions for each specific pastry to ensure a perfect bake every time.
